TL;DR: add shell completion for pls

Description

writes completion scripts to your local machine based off of your preferred shell. pls currently has support for: bash, zsh, and fish.

Usage:

Local Flags

  -h, --help   help for completion

Inherited Flags

  -V, --verbose   verbose output
      --viper     use viper for configuration (default true)
